Equipment Condition
Discharge hydraulic pressure (para 6–3)
CAB POWER switch to OFF (TM 9–2350–311–10)
Vehicle MASTER switch to OFF (TM 9–2350–311–10)

Removal
CAUTION
All hydraulic lines and ports must be capped to prevent contaminants from entering the hydraulic
system and causing internal damage to hydraulic components.
NOTE
Dispose of hydraulic fluid in accordance with local regulations.

Disconnect hydraulic tube (1) at check valve (2). Catch draining hydraulic fluid in a utility pail.

Disconnect two hydraulic tubes (3) at rear of manifold assembly (4). Catch draining hydraulic fluid in a utility
pail.

Remove three cap screws (5) and three lockwashers (6) from top of manual elevation pump (7). Lift manual
elevation pump off elevation control bracket (8). Discard lockwashers.

Installation

Place manual elevation pump (7) on elevation control bracket (8). Install three new lockwashers (6) and
three cap screws (5) to secure manual elevation pump.

Connect two hydraulic tubes (3) to rear of manifold assembly (4).

Connect hydraulic tube (1) to check valve (2).

Check hydraulic fluid level (para 6–2).
