OVERLOAD SENSOR, HYDRAULIC PUMP MOTOR - CONTINUED
Procedural Steps:
1.
Gain access to the hydraulic overload sensor.
2.
Set MASTER power switch to OFF.
3.
Remove two leads 100 from hydraulic pump motor overload sensor terminal L1 and two leads 100 from hydraulic
pump motor overload sensor terminal L2.
4.
Connect the two leads 100 from terminal L1 and the two leads 100 from terminal L2 using 1/2-inch bolt, flat
washer, lockwasher, and nut.
5.
Insulate and secure leads using electrical tape.
6.
Set MASTER power switch to ON.
7.
Record BDAR action taken.
When mission is complete, as soon as practical, repair the equipment/system using
standard maintenance procedures.
