7. Attach multiple-leg sling (Figure 6, Item 14) (one leg shown in Figure 6) to transmission where bolts were
removed in Steps 4, 5, and 6.
8. Install 3/8-16 x 1-3/4 inch bolt (Figure 6, Item 13) and (Figure 7, Item 13) through each sling lug with one 3/8
inch washer (Figure 6, Item 14) and (Figure 7, Item 14) under each bolt head and one 3/8 inch washer (Figure
6, Item 14) and (Figure 7, Item 14) under each lug. Tighten bolts until snug.
