a. Be sure that the argon gas supply valve (1) is turned fully clockwise to the closed
position. Be sure that the INLET SHUTOFF valve (2), INLET BLEED valve (3),
OUTLET SHUTOFF valve (4), and OUTLET BLEED valve (5) are turned fully clockwise
to the closed position. Be sure that PROOF TEST SHUTOFF valve is open fully CCW
(reference Figure 2-2).
