Been installed wrong and stress has frac´
Rured a valve or Rube.
So, tr± these PM beaut± tips:
First, the drain valve, µ /N 465C62-
NSW, has a 1-in square boD± so use a
³-in wrench to ¶old it firm while loosen´
ing or tightening the ·-nu¸ above it.

040-55³, 209-060-501ºand c»eck eac»
¼lared end ½or cracks and for proper
seating at t»e valve and at the cross, P /N
AN827-6¾.
Ins¿ect valve Bodies and

nuts for
cracks
and
stripÁed
thrEds; packings in lower tee outlets
Âr condition. ¹eplace those items w»ich
appear to be damaged.
Ãach valve Äan be adjUsted for fit b±
looseniLg jam nuts. To make adJustÅents
¼Ær the proper height of the drain line,
loosen the ·-nut on top of the valve.
Place ±our wrench above t»e drain
handle and hold firm while ±ou adjust.
Then tighten, but gentl±.
Be sure ±Çu replace the air inlet screen
with the tapered (longest siDe) ¼orward.
You can put the screen on

the transmission aÉd engine oil coolers.
