Got an M60-series tank? (Or M48A5, M728 CEV? or AVLB?)
You need steer valve retrofit kit NSN 2520±00²510²0358 to make it steer
b³tter. YoUr DS/GS unit will pUt the kit on for you.
This kit shoul´ be iµstal¶ed iµ all M60 family tanks. If you'·e just rep¸aced the
old T97 tr¹ck With the new Tº42 tr»ck, the kit wi¸l be a special help.

¼o, how caµ ½ou te¸l when the Kit ha¾ be¿µ Put oµ?
Look ¹t the serial number oµ your CD 850²6A transmissioµ. If it has SN
43190 or higher, the fix is a¸ready on tHe transmission. Likewise, if the letter
"TÀ Áas been stamped after the transmission seria¶ number.
Âf tÁe transmission µumber is lower thaµ SN 43190 aµd there is µo ÃTÀ
stamped after the nUmber, you µeed to tell yoÄr supÅort to pUt the fix on.
The EIR Digest, TB 43Æ000Dz39Æ4 Èaµ 77) has the goo´ word, in Article 4²Á
on page 56.
