Run diopter down

Store binos in the caseµ Be sure to rUn
the diopters down so the bino body rests
on the shelves inside the caseµ And leave
some strap Fee so you can ease the binos
LIft by straP
out of the case by gently tuggin' oN the
strapµ ¶ever li· the bi nos out by the lens
capsµ You¸ll damage the binos i¹ you rest
the diopter on the case bottom, or tug
those capsµ
Also, when yOu remove ºn eyeguard
to clean a l»ens, hold the di¼pter s½eadyµ
Be¾re reins¿alling, make sure that the
locking ring is hoLding the diopter scale
tightly in pLace; anD that its setscrew is
downµ
The eyeguard may be reinstaLled
ÀngerÁtight, Âut don¸t overdo itµ Run
the eyepieces down gentlÃÄ easy does itµ
