With tHe spade tip pointing
down and the hydraulic ram In tHe
retracted positIon, put the spade and
ram in the frame. PLace the spade tip
between The TIre bead and the rim
flange. ±ift the ram until the trunnion
engages The "rame shouLder support.
Move the stop screw into the support

Release the pressure, take the
spade and ram assembly from the
frame. ±oosen the clamping jaw boLts
anD remove the frame from the
flan_ge.

the bead breaker to
another spot on ³He rim about
90
degrees
from
tHe first
spot-in
either
dIrection-and repeat t´e
whole thing.
YOu may have to move the bead
breaker

or
3
times. No sweatµ ¶t
beats using hammers, forklifts and
oTher tooLs that damage tires.
¶F The TIre Is noT free after
movIng the Tool arou·d the rim, use
the bead breaker on the back side¸
