To remove hairline scratches oN the
outside of a paNel, start with Grade
±o. 3200²
\rap the sandpaper arounD the
foam bLock supp³ieD with the kit.
\ith water running over the repair
area, use back-a´D-forth Strokes. µo
cIrcular strokes' The sanDpaper really
does a number on the plastic. Using
light hand Pressure¶ you can remove
the scratches outlineD by the sma³l
grease penci³ mark in a matter of
\ith the water running, rub the
P³astic in a directioN 90 Degrees froM
the ³ast saN·Paper application to ¸re¹
vent DºstoRtion.

action b³enDs the repai¼ and a³so pre½
vents Distortion iN the panel.
\ith tHe scratches removeD, wash
the panel again anD Dry it

Finish up the repair by po³ishiNg
the area with dry GraDe µo¾ 8000
sanDpAper. Be sure you again use
straight strokes, 90 degrees from the
last saNdpaper app³icatioN.
µow, ho³d that pane³ up to the ³ight
aND you¿³l see that itÀs as good as New.
No "Flexing± ALLowed

the drive qui³l splines. Then, add the
c³amp.
Using a p³astic
ma³let, tap the
c³amP around the component and
then make with the torque wrench on
the clAmp nut.
\hen the clamp is seated, the nut
will retain the required 70 ³b-in
torque.

\hen insta³³ing the Âuey tai³ rotor
hub anD blaDe, accorDing to Æara 5-97
of TÇ 55È1520-210È23, you have to
