Leaks in smoke generator fuel lines and fittings can cause a fire in the
engine compartment. And unless you mechs eyeball the lines and fittings
for leaks every chance you get, the next smoke your friendly crew sees may
not be from the smoke generator. Metal fatigue and vibrations

mounting clamps, for leaks or
wear every time the rear
deck is re¶oved.
Make sure the fittings
·
are tight
(hand¸tight plus a quarter¸turn).
Replace any parts that are da¶aged
or leaking. Tighten clamps so the
fuel tubes can't ¶ove in the clamps.

reP½ace I¹. ÀtherwIse fUel leakIng
