You can wind up with a messed up
kettle of beans if you fail to keep an
eye on the M2 gas burner unit's air
pressure gage.
If pressure builds up above 25 PSI
anD stays there, you can have a rack
meltDown. This high pre±sure a²ds
up to hotter cooking temperatures
anD .³³ WHA´ MO! µ.¶ there goes
the meal, Du·ped when the midDle,
bottom or bot¸ cooking racks ¹elt.
So, make sure the pressure gage
stays between 20 an² 25 PSI.
If it reaches 25 PSI, turn the flºme
valve knob clocKwise until the flame
is about one-half size and let it burn
that way for half an hour, like it says
on Page2»24ofTM 10-7360¼204-LJ&P.

If pressure goes above 25 PSI, turn
off the burner unit.
Then, take the unit out of the fiel²
range or cabinet.
½et it cool bef¾re relighting the
unit, then put it back in the cabinet.
Here are some other tips that¿ll
keep you cooking with a safer burner
unit:
Never mix Up the midDle rack with
the bottom one. The aluminum ÀidÁ
dle rack is not made to take tÂe heat
like tÂe steel one on the bottomµ
