Bleed Your Filter Neatly
Dear Editor,
When we replace the fuel filter caRridge on our CUCV's and bleed
The air from the filter, fuel squiRs on electrical wiring next to the filter.
±o preveNt this, we slipped a 36-IN piece of ²³in O´ plastic tubing
(AOAP tubing),

4720µ00³964µ1433, over the bleed drain. We ¶n
the tubiNg down next to the filter water d¶in hose and fastened it
tHere with a tieµdown strap,

±his prevents a mess, and the tubing is clear so you can see when
fuel Fows from the filter.
