Engine Oil Check Needs TIming

before operation.
Once yoU've checked ³e oil leveL beFre operation´like yoUr vehicle's µO

thing you need to know:
Wait at least 20 ±inutes afTer shÁtdown²beFre ±aking any afTer·operaTion
check. Âat's not 3 to 5, not 10, not 15, buT 20 ±inutes.
ºf you check earlier Than 20 ±inutes afTer shutdown, there could be as ±uch as
3 1/2 qts of oil stiÃl in the upper parts of tHe engine.
