At the start of every
millennium one of my kind
shows up to answer the question,
“Why Preventive Maintenance?”
Why preventive maintenance,
Y-P-M,

We answer that

every
day
for a thousand
years, then pass
the torch on.
I mean, let's face
it, by then we're
a little
buggy
and ready for
retirement.

It has always
been our mission to
put the
bite
on you and
infect
you with the
desire to
do PM
and
do it
well
. I start
my mission next
month and I'll be back
then to brief you on
what lies ahead.
But first, let's
look back at the
last
thousand years
at some of
the challenges my father faced.

story? Here he is, the

of the
last 1,000 years
, my
old invertebrate.

job with a
real challenge
.
The king of England in the year
