Inspect.
(Figure 3-37)
(1) Inspect for free movement and secure mounting.
(2) Inspect for cracks or other external damage.

Repair.
(Figure 3-37)
(1) Remove bolt (1) and nut (2) attaching towing eye (3) to bracket (4) and remove
from bracket.
(2) Align mounting holes of new towing eye (3) with holes on bracket (4) and
secure to bracket with bolt (1) and nut (2).
