DO NOT lift spare tire assembly. Spare tire assembly weighs 250 lb (113 kg). Use
two or more personnel to roll or slide tire assembly. Failure to comply may result in

ALWAYS support semitrailer when removing wheel and tire assembly. Failure to
comply may result in death or injury to personnel. Seek medical attention in the
event of an injury.

The axle weight is approximately 275 lb (124.73 kg). Use extreme caution when
handling the axle. Failure to comply may result in death or injury to personnel.
Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.

The cylinder weight is approximately 150 lb (68 kg). Use extreme caution when
handling the cylinder. Assistance will be needed when handling the cylinder.

Each lift cylinder weighs 350 lb (158.75 kg). A lifting device rated at 500 lb (226 kg)
and an assistant may be needed to perform this task. Both lift cylinders must be

Suitable lifting device and suitable support need to be rated at no less than

supported on suitable supports at all times. Actual weight of semitrailer model can
be found on in (WP 0002). Do not support weight of semitrailer on lifting device.
