SUSPENSION CONTROL VALVE PRESSURE TEST

Reset all HDC solenoid valves by selecting the RESET VALVES button (Figure 11,

item 5) on the HDC control box.

NOTE

If left corner of vehicle will not raise, perform test at port 3L and

actuate left--hand SUSPENSION CONTROL lever. If right corner

of vehicle will not raise, perform test at port 3R and actuate

right--hand SUSPENSION CONTROL lever.

Port 3R: Using LINE UP or LINE DOWN button (Figure 11, item 3), select V15 on the

HDC display (Figure 11, item 2). Close V15 on the HDC display (Figure 11, item 2) by

selecting the CHANGE POSITION button (Figure 11, item 4) on the HDC control box.

Port 3L: Repeat previous step for port 3L and close V16 instead of V15.

Start engine and have assistant move SPRUNG/UNSPRUNG lever to UNSPRUNG and

SUSPENSION CONTROL lever to RAISE. Read transducer T--1 hydraulic pressure on

the HDC display (Figure 11, item 1).

Port 3R: Using LINE UP or LINE DOWN button (Figure 11, item 3), select V15 on the

HDC display (Figure 11, item 2). Open V15 on the HDC display (Figure 11, item 2) by

selecting the CHANGE POSITION button (Figure 11, item 4) on the HDC control box.

Port 3L: Repeat previous step for port 3L and open V16 instead of V15.
