SPRUNG/UNSPRUNG CONTROL VALVE PRESSURE TEST

Reset all HDC solenoid valves by selecting the RESET VALVES button (Figure 7,

item 2) on the HDC control box.

Start engine and have assistant move SPRUNG/UNSPRUNG lever between SPRUNG

and UNSPRUNG several times. Read transducer T--12 hydraulic pressure on the HDC

display (Figure 7, item 1). Hydraulic pressure should be less than 145 psi (1000 kPa) in

SPRUNG mode and greater than 2,500 psi (17,238 kPa) in UNSPRUNG mode.

Stop engine; relieve hydraulic pressure.
