HEU HOSE ASSEMBLY "BY" REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 2)

INSTALLATION:

1.

Install new preformed packings (A) onto hose flanges (B, C).

2.

Position hose assembly "BY" (D) onto side of filter housing (E) and use socket and ratchet to install four bolts

(F), and lockwashers (G) to secure

two flanges (B).

3.

Position hose assembly "BY" (D) onto side of hydraulic pump (J) and use socket and ratchet to install four bolts

(K) and lockwashers (L) to secure

two flanges (C).

4.

Fill hydraulic reservoir (LO-12).

5.

Bleed hydraulic system (page 3-72).

6.

Check for leaks and correct as necessary.

7.

Service hydraulic reservoir (LO-12).
