HEU HOSE ASSEMBLY "CC" REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 2)

INSTALLATION:

1.

Install new preformed packings (A) onto fitting (B).

2.

Use adjustable wrench to install fitting (B) into depressurization manifold (C).

3.

Install new preformed packings (D) onto fitting (E).

4.

Use adjustable wrench to install fitting (E) into glacis port "H" (F).

5.

Hold fitting (E) with adjustable wrench and use wrench to connect hose "CC" (G) to fitting (E).

6.

Hold fitting (B) with adjustable wrench and use wrench to connect hose "CC" (G) to fitting (B).

7.

Install front fixed hose armor (page 3-134).

8.

Bleed hydraulic system (page 3-72).

9.

Check for hydraulic leaks and correct as necessary.

10.

Service hydraulic reservoir as needed (LO-12).
