HEU HOSE ASSEMBLIES "BQ" AND "BR" REPLACEMENT (Sheet 3 of 3)
INSTALLATION:
1.
Install new preformed packing (A) onto adapter (B).
2.
Use 15/16-inch wrench to install adapter (B) into hold down cylinder (C).
3.
Install new preformed packing (D) onto tube assembly (E).
4.
Use 15/16-inch wrench to install tube assembly (E) into hold down cylinder (C).
5.
Use 15/16 -inch wrenches, hold adapter (B) use 7/8-inch wrench to install hose assembly "BR" (F).
6.
Use 15/16 inch wrench, to hold tube assembly (E) and use 7/8-inch wrench to install hose assembly "BQ" (G).
7.
Use 15/16-inch wrench to hold hose assembly "BQ" (F) and use 7/8-inch wrench to install quick disconnect (H).
8.
Use 15/16-inch wrench to hold hose assembly "BR" (G) and use 7/8-inch wrench to install quick
disconnect (J).
9.
Connect quick disconnects (H) and (J).
10.
Bleed hydraulic system (page 3-72).
11.
Check for leaks and correct as necessary.
12.
Service hydraulic reservoir (LO-12).
13.
Install hold down cylinder armor (page 3-253).
