Solvent, dry cleaning, type II (SD-20), Fed. Spec P-D-68 0

EQUIPMENT CONDITION :
Truck parked, engine off, handbrake set .

Repair of drag link assembly is limited to the replacemen t
of parts found damaged during inspection .
Remove drag link assembly. Refer to para 15-7. All parts except greas e
fittings are off drag link when drag link assembly is taken out .
If grease fittings (1) are bad, using wrenc h
(2). Using wrench, screw in new fittings .

Dry cleaning solvent is flammable. Do not use near a n
open flame .
Keep a fire extinguisher nearby when sol -
vent is used .
Use only in well-ventilated places. Fail -
ure to do this may result in injury to personnel an d
damage to equipment .
Using solvent, clean all parts. Check all parts. Throw away bad parts an d
get new parts in their place .
Replace drag link assembly. Refer to para 15-7 .
