Do not get underneath the wrecker boom when raised unless

properly secured. Failure to do this may result in injury or

death to personnel.

NOTE

If more height is needed than full length of shipper braces allow,

use boom jacks. Refer to paragraph d, step 13 for installation of

boom jacks.

Reinsert T-shaped retaining pins (18) in lined-up holes and secure

with retaining clips (19).

(d)

Lower boom (8) to support boom (8) weight on shipper braces (17).
