TOP COVER GASKET REMOVAL
WARNING
Do not disconnect air lines or hoses before draining air reservoirs. Small parts under pressure
may shoot out with high velocity. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
•
Tag all air lines for installation.
•
Perform Steps (1) through (4) for forward-rear and rear-rear axle carrier differential
top
cover.
1.
Remove four air lines (Figure 1, Item 3) from adapters (Figure 1, Item 2).
2.
Remove two adapters (Figure 1, Item 2) from manifolds (Figure 1, Item 1).
3.
Remove two screws (Figure 1, Item 7), washers (Figure 1, Item 6), and bracket (Figure 1, Item 5) from carrier
differential top cover (Figure 1, Item 4).
