REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect air line (Figure 1, Item 5) and elbow (Figure 1, Item 1) from actuator (Figure 1, Item 2).
2.
Disconnect air line (Figure 1, Item 4) and elbow (Figure 1, Item 3) from actuator (Figure 1, Item 2).
NOTE
Note position of actuator for installation.
3.
Remove actuator (Figure 1, Item 2) from radiator inlet tube (Figure 1, Item 6).

Disconnect air line (Figure 2, Item 1) from elbow (Figure 2, Item 3).
5.
Remove elbow (Figure 2, Item 3) from fan clutch (Figure 2, Item 2).
