REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect coolant heater harness connector (Figure 1, Item 5) from coolant heater control box
(Figure
1,
Item
8).
2.
Disconnect connector (Figure 1, Item 6) from control box wire (Figure 1, Item 7).
3.
Remove two nuts (Figure 1, Item 2), lockwashers (Figure 1, Item 3), and coolant heater control box
(Figure
1,
Item
8) from control mounting bracket (Figure 1, Item 4). Discard lockwashers.
4.
Remove two locknuts (Figure 1, Item 1), screws (Figure 1, Item 9), and control mounting bracket
(Figure
1,
Item
4) from instrument panel (Figure 1, Item 10). Discard locknuts.
