NOTE

Wrap all male pipe threads with antiseize tape before

installation.

Perform steps 1 and 2 if check valve was removed.

Install check valve (20) on relief valve (25).

Install elbow (19) on check valve (20), and connect air line (16) to elbow (19).

Install bracket (5) on frame (4) with two screws (3), washers (6), and new locknuts (7).

Install air dryer (14) on bracket (5) with two washers (2), screws (15), washers (2), and new

locknuts (1).

NOTE

Perform steps 5 and 6 for M931A2 and M932A2 model vehicles.

Install plate (31) on frame (32) with two screws (33), washers (30), and new locknuts (29).

Install air dryer (14) on plate (31) with two washers (35), screws (34), washers (35), and new

locknuts (36).

Install elbow (8) on adapter (9), and connect air line (16) to elbow (8).

Install connector (11) and air line (12) on adapter (10).

Install elbow (17) and air line (18) on air dryer (14).

NOTE

Perform steps 10 and 11 only if new air dryer is being installed.

Cut ground wire (21) to length and attach new terminal (23) to ground wire (21).

Cut lead (28) to length and attach new connector (27) to lead (28).

Install ground wire (21) on screw (24) with nut (22).

Connect lead (27) to connector (26).

Install new tiedown straps (13) on air lines (12), (16), and (18) as previously noted.
