Disconnect wire (2) from oil pressure sending unit (1).

Remove screw-assembled washer (3), washer (4), and wire (5) from starter solenoid (6).

NOTE

M936 vehicles may not have lockwasher.

Remove nut (15), lockwasher (16), wire (17), and wire (14) from solenoid post (7). Discard

lockwasher (16).

Place wire (17) on post (7) and secure with nut (15).

Remove nut (12), lockwasher (13), wire (11), and wire (10) from starter motor terminal (8). Discard

lockwasher (13).

Place wire (11) and grounding sleeve (9) on post (8) and secure with nut (12).

Remove screw-assembled washer (20), wire (21), ground strap (22), and lockwasher (23) from intake

manifold (24). Discard lockwasher (23).

Disconnect connectors (18) and (19).
