Connect two hydraulic hoses (24) to left and right cylinder ports (26) (with bypass tube (15) which

extends full length of cylinder) and right cross fitting (23).

Connect two hydraulic hoses (21) to left and right cylinder ports (19) (with bypass tube (16) which

extends to middle of the cylinder) and left cross fitting (22).

11.

Connect left cross fitting-to-safety lock cylinder hose (20) to left safety lock cylinder port (18) and

left cross fitting (22).

12.

Connect right cross fitting-to-safety lock cylinder hose (25) to right safety lock cylinder port (17),

and right cross fitting (23).

13.

Connect filter-to-reservoir hydraulic tube (28) to filter adapter (29) and reservoir elbow (27).

14.

Connect pump-to-reservoir hydraulic tube (31) to pump adapter (32) and reservoir adapter (30).

FOLLOW-ON TASKS:

Install dump body (para. 4-144).

l

Fill hydraulic reservoir to proper oil level (LO 9-2320-272-12).

l

Start engine (TM 9-2320-272-10) and operate through full range. Check for leaks

and proper operation.
