Two assistants will help with steps 7 and 8.

Remove wrecker body (1) from frame rail (3) and lower onto support stands.

Remove lifting device, two chains, and guide lines from wrecker body (1).

Attach two guide lines and utility chains to wrecker body (1) and lifting device to utility chains.

Raise wrecker body (1) from support stands and position on frame rail (3). Ensure mounting holes of

frame rail (3) and wrecker body (1) are aligned.

Install two wood blocks on frame rail (3) and wrecker body (1) with two U-bolts (10) and four

locknuts (11).

Install two U-bolts (8) on frame rail (3) and wrecker body (1) with four locknuts (9).

Install four wood blocks on frame rail (3) and wrecker body (1) with two U-bolts (6) and four

locknuts (7).

Install two plates (4) and four wood blocks on frame rail (3) and wrecker body (1) with four

mounting screws (5) and locknuts (2).

Install two brackets (14) on frame rail (3) with sixteen screws (13) and ten locknuts (12).

Remove lifting device, two chains, and guide lines from wrecker body (1).
