EQUIPMENT CONDITION
Air compressor removed (para. 3-206).

Remove elbow (2) from unloader valve body (1).
Remove elbow (17) and two adapters (7) from compressor head cover (18).
Remove four screws (10), lockwashers (9), washers (8), adapter (11), and gasket (12) from
compressor crankcase (16). Discard lockwashers (9) and gasket (12).
Remove two screws (13), air inlet block (14), and gasket (15) from compressor head cover (18).
Discard gasket (15).
Remove two screw-assembled lockwashers (20), washers (19), unloader valve body (1), unloader
valve spring (3), intake valve (4), and intake valve spring (6) from compressor head cover (18).
Discard screw-assembled lockwashers (20), unloader valve spring (3), and intake valve
spring (6).
Remove intake valve (4) from valve seat (5). Discard intake valve (4).
Remove unloader valve cap (23), packing seal (22), and O-ring (21) from unloader valve body (1).
Discard unloader valve cap (23), packing seal (22), O-ring (21), and unloader valve body (1).
