NOTE

Place shift lever in NEUTRAL position.

Install nut (1) and washer (2) on cable (12) and feed end of cable (12) through bracket (11).

6.

Install washer (10), nuts (9) and (8), and clevis (3) on end of cable (12).

7.

Position clevis (3) on valve shaft (5) and adjust nuts (9) and (8) until holes in end of cable (12) and

shaft (5) align.

8.

Install clevis pin (4), washer (6), and new cotter pin (7) in clevis (3) and shaft (5). Bend ends of

cotter pin (7).

9.

Tighten nuts (8), (9), and (11).
