With a test lead set, check for continuity across CAT Lo wire (green) from CAT datalink

cable Y connector (that was disconnected from main wire harness), terminal B to pump

house wire harness pressure governor ECU J1 connector, terminal 20.

If there is continuity, go to Step 119.
