Install gear (13) on shaft (14) with setscrew (12).

Lightly lubricate preformed packing (11) with clean oil, and install preformed packing (11) and adapter (10) on

electric motor (8) with four screws (9).

4.

Lightly lubricate preformed packing (7) with clean oil, and install electric motor (8) and preformed packing (7)

on drive housing (4) with four screws (6).

NOTE

•

Electric motor and drive assembly are installed as an assembly.

•

Install electric motor and drive housing on valve as noted prior to removal.

Install drive housing (4) on valve (5) with four screws (3).

6.

Connect electric motor connector (1) on valve motor control wire harness connector (2).
