NOTE

Removal of windshield deluge shutoff valve and strainer assembly requires lifting retainer

clip on side of windshield deluge motor and removing hose and adapter from windshield

deluge motor.

Lift retainer clip (9) on windshield deluge motor (10) and remove hose (11), windshield deluge shutoff

valve (12), and strainer (13) from vehicle.

5.

Remove hose (11) from fitting (14).

6.

Remove fitting (14) from windshield deluge shutoff valve (12).

7.

Remove bulkhead fitting (7) and nipple (15) from windshield deluge shutoff valve (12).

8.

Remove elbow (4) from strainer (13).

9.

Remove bulkhead fitting (7) and nipple (16) from strainer (13).

10. Remove cap (17), gasket (18), and screen (19) from strainer (13).

11. Remove plug (20) from cap (17).

12. Remove two nipples (15) and (16) from bulkhead fitting (7).

13. Remove nut (5) and lockwasher (6) from bulkhead fitting (7).

Discard lockwasher.
