INSTALLATION
1.
Position lockwasher (6) and nut (5) on fitting (7).

Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful
vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing.
To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area.
If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
CAUTION
Use sealing compound sparingly only on pipe threads. Do not apply compound to
hose connections.
Damage to equipment may result.
NOTE
Install cable ties and cushion clips as required.
2.
Apply sealing compound to threads of plug (20), two nipples (15) and (16), fitting (14), and elbow (4).
3.
Install two nipples (16) and (15) on bulkhead fitting (7).
4.
Install plug (20) on cap (17).
5.
Install screen (19), gasket (18), and cap (17) on strainer (13).
6.
Install nipple (16) and bulkhead fitting (7) on strainer (13).
7.
Install elbow (4) on strainer (13).
8.
Install nipple (15) and bulkhead fitting (7) on windshield deluge shutoff valve (12).
9.
Install fitting (14) on windshield deluge shutoff valve (12).
10. Install hose (11) on fitting (14).
