terminal lug TL23?

If 24 VDC is not present,

circuit breaker CB11 is faulty.

If 24 VDC is present, power

cable from terminal lug TL23

to terminal lug TL16 is faulty.

Replace power cable from terminal

TL23 to terminal TL16 (para 20-88).

Replace circuit breaker CB11
