d. Installation (S/N 7162 and higher).

NOTE

• Step (1) requires the aid of an assistant.

• Install plastic cable ties as required.

(1) Route transmission oil cooler hose (1) on vehicle as

noted in removal.

(2) Install preformed packing (2) on 90-degree fitting (3).

(3) Position transmission auxiliary oil cooler hose (1) on 90-

degree fitting (3).

(4) Tighten transmission auxiliary oil cooler hose (1) to 94-

104 lb-ft (127-141 N·m).

(5) Install preformed packing (4) on 90-degree fitting (5).

(6) Position transmission auxiliary oil cooler hose (1) on 90-

degree fitting (5).

(7) Tighten transmission auxiliary oil cooler hose (1) to 94-

104 lb-ft (127-141 N·m).
