16-63. 30K WINCH ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT)

NOTE

• Jumpers and diodes are not removed when

disconnecting wires from terminal board.

• Terminal board uses friction type connections.

Screws are not removed when disconnecting

wires.

• Tag wires and connection points prior to

disconnecting.

(19) Disconnect 10 wires (48) from top of terminal board (49).

(20) Position cable harness (50) on 30K winch assembly (10).

(21) Remove remote control harness (51) from 30K winch

assembly (10).

(22) Remove two nuts (52), washers (53), screws (54), and

terminal board (49) from 30K winch assembly (10).

(23) Remove air hose (55) from valve manifold assembly

(56).

(24) Remove two nuts (57), washers (58), screws (59), and

valve manifold assembly (56) from 30K winch assembly

(10).

(25) Move terminal board (49) and valve manifold assembly

(56) clear of 30K winch assembly (10).
