Perform steps (9) through (14) on RH 30K
winch counterbalance valve.
(9) Remove 45-degree fitting (11) from counterbalance valve
(1).
(10) Remove preformed packing (12) from 45-degree fitting
(11). Discard preformed packing.
(11) Remove 45-degree fitting (13) from counterbalance valve
(1).
(12) Remove preformed packing (14) from 45-degree fitting
(13). Discard preformed packing.
(13) Remove fitting (15) from counterbalance valve (1).
(14) Remove preformed packing (16) from fitting (15).
Discard preformed packing.
NOTE
Perform steps (15) through (20) on LH 30K

(15) Remove 45-degree fitting (17) from counterbalance valve
(1).
(16) Remove preformed packing (18) from 45-degree fitting
