16-92. M1089 THREE STAGE HYDRAULIC PUMP REPLACEMENT (CONT)
(3) Remove three bolts (5) from support bracket (6).
(4) Remove two nuts (7), washers (8) and support bracket
(6) from three stage hydraulic pump (9).
(5) Install two washers (8) and nuts (7) on three stage
hydraulic pump (9).
WARNING
Three
stage
hydraulic
pump
weighs
approximately 70 lbs (32 Kgs).
Attach
suitable lifting device prior to removal.
Failure to comply may result in injury to
personnel or damage to equipment.
NOTE
Step (6) requires the aid of an assistant.
(6) Remove four nuts (10), washers (11), and three stage
hydraulic pump (9) from Power Takeoff (PTO) (12).
(7) Remove three hoses (1) from three stage hydraulic
pump (9).
(8) Remove three hoses (13) from three stage hydraulic
pump (9).
