(4) Position 90-degree fitting (2) in three stage hydraulic
pump (7).
(5) Position two fittings (4) in three stage hydraulic pump (7).
(6) Tighten two fittings (4) and 90-degree fitting (2) to 127-
133 lb-ft (172-180 N·m).
(7) Position adapter (8) on fitting (4).
(8) Tighten adapter (8) to 127-133 lb-ft (172-180 N·m).
(9) Position three fittings (6) in three stage hydraulic pump
(7).
(10) Tighten three fittings (6) to 68-75 lb-ft (92-102 N·m).
(11)
Position three hoses (9) on three stage hydraulic
pump (7).
(12) Tighten three hoses (9) to 127-133 lb-ft (172-180 N·m).
(13) Position three hoses (10) on three stage hydraulic pump
(7).
(14) Tighten three hoses (10) to 79-88 lb-ft (107-119 N·m).
WARNING
Three
stage
hydraulic
pump
weighs
approximately 70 lbs (32 Kgs).
Attach
suitable lifting device prior to installation.
Failure to comply may result in injury to
personnel or damage to equipment.
NOTE
Step (15) requires the aid of an assistant.
(15) Install three stage hydraulic pump (7) on Power Takeoff
(PTO) (11) with four washers (12) and nuts (13).
