Put in place.
Spring (20) may have to be raised more
for straight pins (15) to go in.
Put in place and bend using slip-joint pliers.
a. Put dolly jack under axle (5).
b. Raise rear of trailer using dolly jack and remove
trestles.
c. Lower trailer and remove dolly jack.
FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE:
l Install tire and wheel assembly (para 4-45).
l Install fender (para 4-51).
. Lubricate springs (Chapter 3, Section l).
