CLEANING

1.

Remove dirt and mud with water and brush.

WARNING

Solvents can burn easily, can give off harmful vapors, and are harmful to

skin and clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away from open fire and

use in a well-ventilated area. If solvent gets on skin or clothing, wash

immediately with soap and water.

2.

Remove grease and oil with cleaning solvent.

INSPECTION AND REPLACEMENT

Inspect parts for cracks, dents, rust, corrosion, or other damage. Repair or replace parts as required.

INSTALLATION

1.

Install new landing gear (8), release handle (12), new lockwasher (13), screw (14), flatwasher (9),

screw (10), flatwasher (16), and new locknut (15). Connect spring (5).

2.

Install handle (2), spring (7), flatwasher (5), bolt (6), flatwasher (4), and new locknut (3).

3.

Install caster (17), four screws (21), flatwashers (20), new lockwashers (19), and nuts (18).

4.

Raise trailer tongue with floor jack and remove two jackstands and floor jack.
