6-33. ABS WARNING LIGHT REPLACEMENT.
This Task Covers:
a. Removal
b. Installation

Initial Setup:
Tools and Special Tools:
Materials:
Tool kit, general mechanic’s (Item 4, Appendix B-3)
Dielectric grease (Item 34, Appendix F)
Equipment Conditions:
Landing legs down
Semitrailer disconnected from prime mover
Tires chocked
Ground boards emplaced
WARNING
Disconnect all electrical power before performing any maintenance
on the electrical system. Failure to do so could result in injury to
personnel.
General Procedure:
a. Removal.
1.
Remove grommet (2) from ABS warning light (1). Discard grommet.
2.
Disconnect connectors from back of ABS warning light (1) and remove ABS warning light (1) from
semitrailer.
b. Installation.
1.
Apply dielectric grease on pins and then connect connectors to back of ABS warning light (1).
2.
Install new grommet (2) and ABS warning light (1) at semitrailer bracket.
