Install two lynch pins (Figure 16, Item 2) in hitch pins (Figure 16, Item 1).

Install hitch pin (Figure 16, Item 6) in cart pivot bracket (Figure 16, Item 4) and trailer
bracket (Figure 16, Item 5).

Install lynch pin (Figure 16, Item 7) in hitch pin (Figure 16, Item 6).

Repeat Steps (68) through (71) for right side cart pivot bracket.
