CONDITION/INDICATION
Do blackout taillights operate?
DECISION
All Lights ON - Problem fixed.
Any Lights OFF - Problem is not fixed. Problem may have been missed during previous steps of troubleshooting.
Repeat all previous steps of this procedure. Go to (Step 1 - Are 22 to 28 vdc measured at vehicle 24 vdc (12
terminal) connector, terminal C?). If problem still exists after all troubleshooting tests are accomplished, contact
your Supervisor.
