Have assistant turn engine start switch to ON. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP
0190).

Have assistant turn ON Blackout Lights selector switch. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP
0190).
6.
Have assistant fully depress brake pedal. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP
0190).
7.
Observe blackout stoplights.

Have assistant release brake pedal. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP

Have assistant turn OFF Blackout Lights selector switch. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP
0190).

Have assistant turn engine start switch to OFF. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP
0190).
CONDITION/INDICATION
Do blackout stoplights operate?
DECISION
All Lights ON - Problem fixed.
Any Lights OFF - Problem is not fixed. Problem may have been missed during previous steps of troubleshooting.
Repeat all previous steps of this procedure. Go to (Step 1 - Does at least one blackout stoplight operate when
brakes are applied?). If problem still exists after all troubleshooting tests are accomplished, contact your
Supervisor.
