Have assistant turn engine start switch to ON. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP
0190).

Push in trailer charge valve in vehicle. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP
0190).

While assistant fully applies brake pedal, listen to air lines listed in table and fittings, relay valve, and brake
chambers for leaks. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP
0190).
CONDITION/INDICATION
Are air lines, fittings, relay valve, and brake chamber(s) free of leaks and/or crimps?
DECISION
Fittings leak and are loose - Tighten fittings. Go to (Step 8 - Do brake(s) apply correctly?) to verify problem is solved.
Air line(s) leak - Replace leaking air line(s) (WP
0067). Go to (Step 8 - Do brake(s) apply correctly?) to verify problem
is solved.
Relay valve leaks - Replace relay valve (WP
0076). Go to (Step 8 - Do brake(s) apply correctly?) to verify problem
is solved.
Brake chamber(s) leak - Replace brake chamber(s) (WP
0071). Go to (Step 8 - Do brake(s) apply correctly?) to
verify problem is solved.
All items free of leaks - Go to (Step 2 - Does test equipment pass offset test?).
