TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
WHEEL WOBBLES AND SHIMMIES OR TIRE WEARS UNEVENLY
STEP 1
Is tire pressure correct according to table?
WARNING
•
While changing tires or while performing tire maintenance, stay out of the trajectory
as shown by the area indicated. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to
personnel.
•
Under some circumstances, the tire trajectory may deviate from its expected path.
Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.
•
If tire has been run flat, or is over or under-inflated when tire is measured and
operating terrain is compared to Unsafe Inflation Pressures tables below, or if wheel/
tire assembly has obvious or suspected damage, it is not safe to adjust tire pressure.
Completely deflate tire and remove tire from axle. Failure to follow these procedures
may result in injury or death to personnel.

Place wheel/tire assembly in safety guard prior to initial inflation. Failure to comply
may result in injury or death to personnel.
•
Tire air pressure must be checked properly. Failure to comply may result in injury or
death to personnel.

Remove cap from valve stem.
